We will be talking about one of the most important issues facing our region --- the affordability of housing. Hold the morning of November 9 on your calendars, so that you can join the discussion. The Power of Ten will be held at the Westin Hotel in downtown Nashville.

We are excited be joined by Shane Phillips, a researcher at the Lewis Center for Regional Policy Studies and author of "The Affordable City." Shane will share best practices and policy ideas from around the nation for our region to consider. In addition, local leaders who are working every day to make housing more attainable in the region will provide insight into our challenges, as well as the steps Middle Tennessee to become more affordable.
