CRT welcomes new leadership
Cumberland Region Tomorrow (CRT) moves into 2021 with new leadership at the helm.

Scott Black, an architect and real estate developer from Franklin, was selected by the Board of Directors to chair the organization. Black is a senior vice president at the Bristol Development Group, which develops multifamily housing and mixed-use projects and has served as chairman of the Franklin Housing Authority.
Black is enthusiastic about the future of CRT and the important role the organization plays in the region. “CRT plays a vital role in bringing government agencies and the private sector together to work toward a collective best approach to design, which is essential for the region to grow in a healthy and sustainable way,” Black stated.
Joining Black as officers are:
Vice Chair: Robbie Hayes, Senior Project Manager, HNTB
Treasurer: Margot Fosnes, Chief Economic Development Officer, Robertson County
Secretary: Rupa DeLoach, Vice President of Research, Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce
