Reggie Mudd is a native of Bardstown, Kentucky and a graduate of Centre College of Kentucky. He went to work for Cracker Barrel in 1982 as a manager trainee and retired in 1997 as Senior VP of Operations/Chief Operations Officer. He is the owner of Mudd Properties. He was appointed by Governor Bill Haslam in June of 2011 to be a Regional Director for Economic and Community Development. He retired from this position in June of 2017 to focus more on his real estate properties. He is a Class of 2013 graduate of Leadership Middle Tennessee
Reggie has been married to his wife, Mary Anne, a retired dentist, for 33 years. They have a son, Nick, and a granddaughter, Elsie Jo. In his spare time Reggie likes to dabble in vintage street rods, salvage architectural treasurers, restore his historic home in Bardstown, Kentucky, and spend time with Sadie Mae, his Boxer buddy.
