Jay is a lifelong resident of Rutherford County and currently resides in Murfreesboro, TN. He has witnessed first-hand the explosive growth of Rutherford County and the middle Tennessee area and is committed to ensuring that future growth enhances the quality of life of Rutherford County and the region.
Jay, a senior engineer with Energy Land & Infrastructure, has spent most of his professional career assisting local municipalities with their growing infrastructure needs.
Jay joined the Cumberland Region Tomorrow Board of Directors in 2020.
