Cumberland Region Tomorrow will serve as the lead agency for the Tool Box project. Project leaders include:

Professional facilitators for the project from Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc.(KHA) and PB Place Making (PB) include:
- James Collins and Jim Dasia, KH
- Uri Avin, Keith Liden and Mark White, PB
A Steering Committee
representative of regional leaders of key constituent groups will be
established to work with the project leaders and facilitators to
complete the following work:
- Provide oversight and coordination to the Tool Box project in July 2005 â June 2006
- Review and comment on the content of the Tool Box to insure regional relevancy
- Recommend members for Topic Teams who will develop Tool Box chapter
content Participate in the development of the Prologue Section of the
Tool Box
- Encourage key regional leaders to participate in Tool Box training sessions in 2006 and 2007
- Support implementation of quality growth in the region
Topic Teams representative of
regional leaders of key constituent groups will be identified to work
with the professional facilitators to develop the content of each
chapter of the Toolbox and complete the following work:
- Provide insight and information for the development of each chapter between December of 2005 and May of 2006
- Attend two, three hour sessions with the professional consultants
to develop the content of each chapter (Land Use/Transportation members
will meet six times)
- Review each chapter to insure regional relevancy Provide
information on technical resources and assistance pertaining to each
chapter
- Provide information on good examples of projects within our region or state pertaining to each chapter
- Encourage members of the constituent groups to participate Tool Box training sessions in 2006 and 2007
- Support regional implementation of quality growth in our region
