AIA 150 BluePrint For America Report Rolled Out
in Kingston Springs
June 24, 2008 - Kingston Springs, TN - Over
50 citizens from
around Kingston Springs came out last Tuesday night to hear the report
from their March two-day strategic visioning workshop and learned that
they
have a great foundation for future planning. Of the many topics that
were highlighted in the report, one of them was very important and that
was
the fact that a clear consensus and mandate was revealed for guiding
growth and conserving open land. This is very important because it can
be
used as a basis for future decision-making and local leadership
understands and supports this and ready to move forward!
Cumberland
Region Tomorrow along with our partners, AIA Middle TN, Nashville Civic
Design
Center, UT School of Architecture + Design and the Greater Nashville
Regional Council plan to stay involved in Kingston Springs as their
leadership
takes the next step to capitalize on this amazing report. Stay posted!
If you would like to see a copy of the report, please contact Kingston Springs City Manager,
